Official CEO99 Terms & Conditions – Read Before Registering

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and CEO99 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the CEO99 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of bonuses, and all other interactions with our platform.

CEO99 is an online casino platform that operates and provides gaming services to players in Malaysia. All CEO99 services are provided subject to these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

By clicking the "Register" button, making your first deposit, or using any part of the CEO99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein. This acceptance is final and binding.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register for and use the CEO99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age 18 – CEO99 only accepts members who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Malaysian citizen or resident – The CEO99 platform is designed specifically for players in Malaysia. Users from other countries may be subject to access restrictions in accordance with their respective local laws.
• Valid personal information – All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Registering with a false identity or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• One account per individual – Each individual is permitted to hold only one CEO99 account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Not included in the self-exclusion list – Individuals who have enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or have been flagged as problem gamblers are not eligible to register.

3CEO99 Member Account

Upon successful registration, you will have a unique CEO99 account. This account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. CEO99 reserves the right to freeze or close any account suspected of being used by more than one individual.

Members are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under their account, including all bets, deposits and withdrawals made. CEO99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access if a member has failed to safeguard their login credentials.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent utility bill, and proof of your payment method. All documents are handled securely and confidentially in accordance with CEO99's Privacy Policy.

• Members must update their personal information whenever there are any changes
• An active email address is required for all official CEO99 communications
• A valid phone number is required for two-factor authentication (2FA)
• CEO99 will never request your password via email, WhatsApp, or live chat

4Deposit & Payment Methods

CEO99 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and credited to the member's account instantly or within minutes, depending on the method used.

The minimum deposit is RM30 for all payment methods. No maximum deposit limit is set for standard accounts; however, accounts making large deposits may be subject to additional review. CEO99 reserves the right to reject or place a hold on any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5Fund Withdrawal

CEO99 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes upon completion of verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, for security and compliance purposes.

Withdrawal conditions that every CEO99 member must comply with:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is permitted
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction
• Any bonus received must meet the rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made
• CEO99 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single day
• Withdrawals are only processed to an account in the registered member's name — no third-party transfers are permitted
• CEO99 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment providers

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

CEO99 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses offered by CEO99 are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements, which are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Members are encouraged to read the terms of each bonus before claiming it.

General rules that apply to all CEO99 bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the rollover requirements
• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only – registering a new account to claim the bonus repeatedly constitutes fraud
• CEO99 reserves the right to void any bonus and winnings derived from it in the event of promotion abuse
• The weekly cashback bonus is calculated based on net losses over a seven-day calendar period
• Any unused bonus will expire automatically after 30 days
• CEO99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Wagers placed using bonus funds on certain games may not count towards rollover calculations — please check the specific terms of each promotion

7Game Rules

All games offered on the CEO99 platform — including slots, Live Casino, table games, Jackpot, badminton betting, and football betting — must be played in accordance with the prescribed rules. CEO99 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified by an independent auditing body to ensure the fairness of all games.

• The outcome of all games is final and not subject to appeal unless a proven technical error has occurred
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the affected round will be voided and the wager refunded
• CEO99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error
• The use of automated software (bots), betting aids or any method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Badminton and football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL) are subject to additional sports rules as stated in the sports section of the platform

8Expected Member Conduct

CEO99 expects all members to conduct themselves with respect, honesty and responsibility while using our platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without warning:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity
• Attempts to exploit system bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Unlawful collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes
• Using another person's account or sharing an account with another individual
• Placing opposing (contra) bets within the same or different accounts to fulfil bonus rollover requirements
• Abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at CEO99 support staff
• Spreading false information or damaging CEO99's reputation on social media or any public platform

CEO99 conducts continuous monitoring of account activity. Any activity found to be in breach of these terms will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken, including account termination and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

9Account Security & Privacy

Member account security is a shared responsibility between CEO99 and the member. CEO99 protects the platform with 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and a real-time fraud detection system. Members are also expected to take reasonable precautions to safeguard their own accounts.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Report to CEO99's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

CEO99 will never ask for your password, credit card number, or any other sensitive information via email, WhatsApp, or live chat. Any such communication is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

10CEO99 Liability Limits

CEO99 strives to provide a stable and reliable platform at all times. However, there are certain limitations to CEO99's liability that every member should be aware of.

• CEO99 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, technical issues on a member's device, or third-party infrastructure outages
• CEO99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of wagering decisions made of their own accord
• CEO99 makes no guarantees on game outcomes — all games carry a real risk of financial loss
• CEO99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim

11Account Termination & Suspension

Members may close their CEO99 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all applicable bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any valid remaining balance may be withdrawn in accordance with standard procedures.

CEO99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Proven fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful activity
• Misuse of CEO99 bonuses or promotions
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from competent authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In the event of account termination due to a Terms violation, CEO99 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that breach the rules. Original deposit balances may be returned at CEO99's discretion, subject to the outcome of the investigation.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

CEO99 reserves the right to modify, add to or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to members. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the CEO99 website.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the CEO99 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any translation in another language, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall be the authoritative and binding text. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia.
